Richterswil

The construction project consists of the following building parts:

Einstellhalle: The underground parking hall (UP) has a maximum length of approx. 36 m and a maximum width of approx. 34 m. The underground car park is planned for 16 passenger cars, cellar and technical rooms, laundry rooms and dispo rooms, which will be built one above the other in four houses up to the first attic in reinforced concrete. The four apartment buildings are located above this parking garage.

The entire building complex is planned as a solid construction with a shallow foundation. The base plate is 25 cm thick and is designed as a load-bearing component. There is a load-bearing XPS insulation layer under the houses. The load-bearing walls in the basement are mostly made of reinforced concrete. Remaining few walls made of sand-lime brick (non-load-bearing). Three prefabricated reinforced concrete supports are planned in the basement. The ceiling above the basement is designed as a support ceiling. It has a strength of approx. 24-50 cm. There is a light shaft for each house on both sides of the facades.

Houses A to H: The 3-story building (from the ground floor) is 13.38 m long and 6.59 m wide. The houses have two apartments arranged on each floor.

The walls of the stairwells, the apartment partition walls and part of the facade walls are concreted and at the same time serve as stiffening elements against the effects of the inheritance. All other load-bearing walls from the ground floor are bricked.

There are no interior walls on the ground floor of the apartments. The apartments will have controlled ventilation. For this reason, the floor ceilings are planned to be 26 cm thick. The building has a gable roof with two dormers.
